The data being processed are:

SOURCE FOR DATA TREATED
The Data Controller processes the navigation data and personal data provided spontaneously by the interested party on:
- request for quotes or proposal of offers;
- previous transactions;
- interactions through the website (filling in the online forms or the “Contact” form);
- subscription to the newsletter service.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data voluntarily provided will be processed for the purposes indicated below.

CIRCULATION AND COMMUNICATION OF DATA
The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disclosed. This means that it will not be disclosed to indefinite subjects, in any possible form, including that of making them available or simple consultation.
The data is communicated to the recipients to the extent strictly necessary in relation to the aforementioned purposes. They may be communicated to workers working for the Data Controller; in particular, according to the roles and tasks performed, some of them have legitimately been entitled to process personal data, within the limits of their competences and in compliance with the instructions given. METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE
The processing will be carried out in an automated and / or manual form, with methods and tools aimed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by persons who are specifically authorized for this in compliance with the provisions of art. 4 and the accountability principle of the G.D.P.R.
The Data Controller retains and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described, or to carry out what is requested by the user. Subsequently, personal data will be stored, and not further processed, for the time established by the current provisions on civil and fiscal matters.
The data processed for marketing purposes will be kept by the Company from the moment in which the interested party has given his consent until such consent is revoked.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Consequently to the GDPR 679/2016, the interested party has the right of access (Article 15), the right of rectification (Article 16), the right to cancellation (Article 17), the right to limit the processing (Article 18), the right to portability (Article 20), right of opposition (Article 21), right of opposition to the automated decision-making process (Article 22).

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT AND PROPOSAL OF COMPLAINT
With reference to art. 6 of the GDPR 679/16, the interested party can revoke any consent given at any time, except for data communication to third parties required by law, the failure of transmission of which could compromise the provision of the service as a whole or in some parts of the processing of requests received. However, the treatments covered by this notice are compliant with and allowed by law, even in the absence of consent, as they are necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party.
The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country of residence.
REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
With regard to the data provided when completing the “Contact” form, the interested party may refuse to communicate the data to the Data Controller, since the provision is optional. However, filling in the form and the gaps highlighted is essential to be able to process the requests received.

The Data Controller does not carry out treatments consisting in automated decision-making processes
